Counselling Services
All sessions are conducted virtually through video calls and are available in English and Arabic.
Individual Counselling
Working one-on-one and in collaboration with individuals in an environment free of judgment and criticism to identify where and why you are feeling stuck. The goal is to help you feel more confident and in control.
Trauma Counselling
90-minute sessions aimed to treat the physical, emotional and mental health consequences of traumatic experiences that have resulted in PTSD symptoms. This type of treatment is aimed to reduce the frequency and intensity of existing triggers that are holding you back. Top trauma treatments are utilized including EMDR and NET.
Couples Counselling
Working with couples who have a break in communication, are stuck in a gridlock and are feeling emotionally and physically disconnected. Sessions are designed to see you as a couple to understand communication patterns, but also individually to understand how each partner's family history has contributed to these patterns. With more understanding, comes more compassion and empathy towards one another.
Family Counselling
Family dynamics are complex - navigating through the emotions of family members can be overwhelming. These sessions are here for you to unpack intergenerational trauma, and the built-up hurt from constant judgment and criticism. Each family member is offered the space to speak openly about their needs and wants and truly be heard in a loving and respectful manner.

I know what it’s like to feel paralyzing stress, the weight of responsibilities, and overwhelming emotions. Life's challenges can sometimes feel suffocating, especially when balancing self-care, family, finances, and societal expectations. So feeling lost, alone and stuck is a completely normal response to what you're going through.
With over 15 years as a therapist, I’ve lived and worked internationally with a counselling career spanning across the globe from Canada, Egypt, and the Netherlands. I've supported countless individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds, and with various concerns from the general population, to refugees/immigrants, and the LGBTQ+ community. I've honed my expertise in trauma therapy, depression/ anxiety and reproductive mental health.
I'm deeply inspired by the courage of individuals who, no matter their challenges, keep fighting, despite the voice within. In my practice, I've seen people's innate resilience overcome even the most complex struggles – and I want you to know that you hold that same power within you.
